Welcome to the Village of Harrisburg’s Mayor’s Court. This court is registered with the Ohio Supreme Court and follows the guidelines issued by that court. The court is located at 1100 High St., Harrisburg, Ohio 43126. Court starts at 7 pm on the first and third Wednesday of each month.

NO MATTER IF ORDERED IN YOU ARE ALWAYS WELCOME TO APPEAR AND DISCUSS YOUR CASE.
If you received a ticket for a Minor Misdemeanor and it is payable before your court date, you can choose to pay the ticket online. This can be done using the pay online link at the top of this page.
If you received a ticket for an offense that is a Fourth through First Degree Misdemeanor. You need to appear before the court to hear the charge. It should be marked on your ticket. WARNING: If you fail to appear, your License will be suspended. Additionally, a mandate for your arrest will be issued.
If you can’t appear. the court understands and a continuance can be requested using the form below. You will need to appear at the next court date and you will be waiving a speedy trial. NOTE – THERE IS A $5.00 CONTINUENCE FEE
